Yoga is a practice that is constantly evolving, which is why we offer opportunities to continue exploring our newest yoga curriculum and discoveries. Whether you set out to understand an aspect of yoga unfamiliar to you or gain another perspective on a topic, continuing to learn is crucial to your success as a teacher. Our continuing education programs are specialized programs that help you advance your practice and enrich your teaching—without committing to a full training. If you are registered with Yoga Alliance, our courses satisfy CE requirements. Learn more about how these programs count here.
The Mazé Method Yoga Immersion is your chance to explore and expand your yoga practice and to get to know yourself better — to rekindle old passions, to ignite new ones, and to rediscover what excites you and makes you happy.
Learning more about your body and the yoga practice is a great way to find a deeper connection to yourself and your desires.
The yoga immersion is a chance to explore your practice, your desires, and your heart. You’ll uncover the strength to make changes in your life so that you can follow the path you truly want.
We’ll look closely at the forms of yoga poses, learn relevant and applicable anatomy, explore the history and mythology of yoga, and spend time contemplating various yoga philosophies and epics.
Most importantly, you’ll learn what impact all of this can have on your whole life, on and off the mat.
Founded by Noah Mazé, The Mazé Method is a rare yoga school, with an enduring dedication to the pursuit of educational excellence, offering unparalleled student experiences across a broad spectrum of yoga academia and experiential education. Our trainings are informative, ever improving, and customized to each group of students’ needs and goals. We emphasize logical analysis, clear language, and critical thinking.
This training is recognized as Continuing Education hours with Yoga Alliance and CPD hours with Yoga Alliance Professionals (aka Yoga Alliance UK).
In this training, you will study and deconstruct asana (yoga poses), pranayama (breath work), meditation, applied anatomy, yoga theory & practice, yoga history, and yoga philosophy.
There’s no way to detail all the things you’ll learn in the immersion, since the experience is a little different for each student.

- Detailed form of foundational yoga poses
- Anatomy, alignment, and modifications

"I would highly recommend the The Mazé Method… It’s learning about yourself. It’s about individual growth. That’s why I chose to study The Mazé Method. Through this training I’ve become much more observant and gained awareness and understanding of what the poses do for our bodies. I joined the program to deepen my knowledge, but it has also been about evolvement in my own being. It’s been scary, exciting, very emotional and wonderful for me." - Laura Wang
