Join Noah’s latest 9 class series in September and October to step into the flow and stoke the fire of your practice, be supported in community, get VINYASA STRONG, and experience the rapture of moving meditation, of body, awareness, and breath in harmony. Throughout this series you will increase your strength and mobility, grow your focus power, and expand your capacity to move in harmony with your breath. 

Each vinyasa class in this series will have a bit of everything: movement in every direction, breath emphasis and pranayama, rhythmic tempo and momentum, breath-based dynamic transitions, isometric holds, un-broken continuous awareness, and a skillful mix of familiar vinyasa “classics” and creative sequencing.  Within the continuous momentum of vinyasa flow, we will deconstruct and reconstruct poses and work on transitions, skillfully layering “alignment objectives” into the dynamism of vinyasa. Each class overlaps and repeats aspects of the other classes, reinforcing and strengthening familiarity and consistency and refinement, and each class has its own flavor, emphasizing key poses, movement strategies, vinyasa transitions, and specific motor skills. 

Begin each vinyasa practice with gentle poses and pranayama to expand your breath and attune to intrinsic rhythm, then build heat, rhythm, and momentum in progressive cycles of Surya Namaskar, increase focus and find equilibrium in balancing poses, ride the growing waves of vinyasa krama to energetic and physical peaks, then slow down and cool down in closing poses and deep rest.

Tapas is the self-generated heat of transformation
Tejas is the fire of your creativity

How does it work to participate? Register here and join the live classes at 9am PST, Tuesday thru Thursdays (Sep 26-28, Oct 3-5 & 17-19) and practice together online. If you can’t make the live class, you can access the class recording shortly after each live practice completes and repeat the classes as many times as you want for a month after the final session completes. For each class, please have; hydration, towel, mat, 2 blocks, a strap, sliders, an adventurous spirit, and a distraction free practice space.
