Welcome to Noah’s latest 9-class series over three weeks from March into April to stoke the fire of your practice, be supported in community, get VINYASA STRONG, and experience the rapture of moving meditation, of body, awareness, and breath in harmony. Throughout this series, you will increase your strength and mobility, grow your focus power, and expand your capacity to move in harmony with your breath.
Each vinyasa class in this series will have a bit of everything: meditative slow flow and pranayama, movement in every direction, rhythmic breath based tempo and undulating momentum, dynamic transitions, isometric holds, continuous awareness, and a skillful mix of familiar vinyasa “classics” with new and creative sequencing. Within the continuous momentum of vinyasa flow, we will deconstruct and reconstruct poses and transitions, skillfully layering “alignment objectives” into the dynamism of vinyasa.
Each class overlaps and repeats aspects of the previous classes, reinforcing and strengthening familiarity, consistency, and refinement. While each class has its own flavor; emphasizing key poses, movement strategies, vinyasa transitions, and specific motor skills, the classes will build on each other throughout the arc of the series.

How does it work to participate? Register here and join the live online classes at 10am MST on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays (March 25-27, April 1-3, April 8-10) and practice together online in the big video box below. If you can’t make the live class, you can access the class recording shortly after each live practice completes in the video grid below. Repeat the classes as many times as you want for 2+ weeks after the final live session completes. For each class, please have hydration, a towel, a mat, yoga blocks, a strap, sliders, an adventurous spirit, and be in a distraction free practice space.
