All of our educational programs are proudly Yoga Alliance registered and internationally recognized. Students emerge from journeying with us assured, poised, and inspired.

In every yoga teacher training and yoga immersion, we explore and deconstruct asana, pranayama, meditation, yoga theory and practice, yoga history and philosophy, anatomy, kinesiology, applied biomechanics, basic Sanskrit, and ethics. You emerge with practical tools you’ll return to again and again.

Why We’re Different

Noah Mazé is a highly respected and widely recognized yoga teacher and lifelong practitioner, known for his clarity, depth, and dedication to the craft. As Illumine Magazine described, he is a “direct, no-nonsense asana teacher whose confident guidance allows students to relax into the pose and focus on the task at hand.”

His teaching draws from more than 40 years of practice and study across a wide range of styles and traditions. He blends this depth of experience with technical precision, accessibility, and inspiration.

But Noah is more than an exceptional yoga teacher — he is also a masterful yoga teacher trainer. As Yoga Journal has noted, he is “an innovative yoga teacher” and “an encyclopedia of alignment.” He understands that teaching yoga to people is not the same as teaching people to teach yoga. Each requires distinct skill sets, and to excel as a trainer of teachers in any yoga teacher training program, one must master both.

Most yoga trainers have not studied educational theory, curriculum development, presentation design, group facilitation, communication, leadership, or group dynamics. Instead, they found themselves in a trainer role because students asked their trusted yoga teacher to offer a yoga teacher training. While many of these trainers bring passion and dedication, they often rely on intuition and trial-and-error rather than a foundation in proven instructional design.

By contrast, Noah’s background and master’s degree in leadership facilitation led him to design integrated academic (theory) and skill-based (technique) courses. His in-person and online yoga teacher training programs are built on studied principles of adult education, curriculum design, and pedagogy — combined with the rigor and creativity of experiential learning, facilitation, and leadership development.

The Mazé Method’s graduates are in a different league. They leave their yoga teacher training with thoughtful, strategic leadership and educational tools to guide and instruct others in a safe, enriching, and responsible manner. This ability to teach yoga and to teach people how to teach yoga — at the highest level — is what sets Noah and our graduates apart.
