Carrie Fraser loves to share the wonders, joys, and self discoveries of yoga with others. She teaches her students how to move, breathe and embrace their embodiment more fully through the practices of yoga. Carrie’s classes have a strong focus on alignment and breath, clear instruction, and intelligent and progressive sequencing to make challenging poses more accessible. She encourages her students to push their boundaries through mindful movement in a safe environment. She completed 500 hours of study under the expert direction of Noah Mazé in 2014, and has continued her studies with the The Mazé Method team since then. In 2017, she completed the certification requirements of the The Mazé Method method, and is honored to pass along the teachings of her teacher.
