Matt Hill

Matt Hill has been teaching yoga for just short of a decade all over the world. His interests lie in Iyengar sensibility and attainment of alignment as well as the elasticity of vinyasa. Through different teaching methodologies, Matt helps his students find mobility, stability and strength. Matt’s passion for yoga is a direct reflection of his love for the poses and the physical and mental growth one experiences through practice. At home in Los Angeles, Matt regularly assists Noah in 200 and 300 hour teacher trainings and keeps a regular schedule of hatha and vinyasa classes around the city. Matt hopes to challenge and empower his students through the practice of yoga and inspire them to find their own path.
