March/April 2026 9-Class SADHANA SERIES
Live classes at 10am MST on March 21, 23, 25, 27, 31, April 3, 6, 8, 10

Join Noah for his latest 9-class SADHANA SERIES – designed to help you fortify your inner light, nourish your heart, clarify your mind, rest and strengthen your body. This series will help you cultivate greater harmony within and increase your resilience to withstand the stormy world we live in. Each class will be a mix of contemplative practices (contemplation, journaling, meditation, pranayama), yoga asana and mindful movement, deeply restful restorative yoga and relaxation/release techniques. For each session, please have what you need to sit comfortably, a yoga mat, journal, and plenty of yoga props (3+ blankets, blocks, strap, bolster, backless chair).

What to expect: Each 75-minute(ish) practice begins with contemplation topics from yoga philosophy and mythology, as well as grounding meditative centering to attune to body and breath. From there, each class will have a different postural emphasis and focus, with mellow to moderate intensity – designed so that we move our bodies in every direction and optimize stability with mobility, and embody the yogic teachings. Throughout the arc of this series, you can expect empowering teachings, grounding practice, strong work in foundational poses, muscular activation skills and drills, creative prop work, progressive sequencing, alignment specifics, dynamic vinyasa, and deeply restful restorative poses and contemplative practices of meditation, mantra, mudra etc.

How does it work to participate? Register below, log into your account on themazemethod.com to access the course and join the live classes. If you can’t make the live class, or to repeat the practice, you can access the class recording shortly after each live practice completes in the course archive. Repeat the classes as many times as you want for 2+ weeks after the final session completes. If you wish to maintain your access longer, join our YogaLive subscription and continue accessing these 9 classes and the entire archive of 150+ YogaLive classes on MazeOnYoga.com.

What props do I need? I love props and often teach and practice with lots, but you can also make do with whatever you have available that day (I will give options for those who have fewer props available). If you don’t have exactly what I’m using, just improvise as best you can and substitute for what you don’t have with what you do have. In general (and if possible), I recommend having on hand: a yoga mat, 3 to 5 yoga blankets, a bolster or pillow, 2 blocks, a strap, a resistance band, a backless yoga chair, sliders (blankets or towels or socks on a hard surface floor, or furniture/exercise sliders), and light hand weights. Optional, you may also like to have a translation of the Bhagavad Gita and the Yoga Sutra of Patanjali on hand, and I will also provide handouts of specific source material when appropriate.

Tuition Assistance: In these times of extreme weather events, political turmoil, and financial insecurity, we will continue to offer scholarships for folks in need; whether that is you, or someone you know, this is a tangible way that we can give back to our community and pay it forward. If you want to participate but cannot afford tuition, email us at themazemethod@icloud.com. We are here for you in all the ways we can be. Those of you that can afford tuition, know that you are supporting our work AND helping others to access yogic practices, and we are grateful for you.
