The Sacred Pause

Date

March 4 - 7, 2027

Location

Paradise Island, Nassau, Bahamas

Join Noah Mazé for a deeply restorative and powerfully transformative four-day immersive retreat designed to reconnect you with the heart of your practice—and yourself. Set against the backdrop of nature and supported by a like-minded community, The Sacred Pause invites you to slow down, listen inward, and reawaken clarity, courage, and purpose.

Rooted in the timeless wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita and the epic storytelling of the Mahabharata, this experience weaves together philosophy, movement, breath, and reflection to create meaningful, lasting shifts—on and off the mat.

Each morning begins with an inspiring philosophical theme or mythic story, guiding meditation, and contemplative inquiry—awakening imagination and insight. From there, we move into intelligently sequenced, alignment-based asana practices designed to strengthen, open, and energize the body while embodying the day’s teachings.

Afternoons invite a different rhythm—one of integration and deep nourishment. Through restorative yoga, pranayama, mantra, meditation, journaling, and satsang, you’ll be supported in softening, restoring, and absorbing the work of the day.

This is a retreat that balances strong work and deep play— designed to be accessible to all levels of Yoga student dynamic vinyasa, progressive sequencing, and peak pose exploration alongside spaciousness, stillness, and meaningful connection.

Whether you’re looking to deepen your practice, reconnect with your purpose, or simply take a meaningful pause, this experience will expand your capacity and leave you with tools, insights, and inspiration that extend far beyond the retreat.

Come as you are. Leave renewed, grounded, and reconnected.

We suggest you arrive at least one day prior to the start of this course and stay until at least one day after the course ends for the optimal experience.
