October/November 2025 9-Class Halloween Series
Live classes at 10am MST on October 26 & 28-31, November 3-4 & 6-7
Welcome in the season with mythic stories of yoga and asana practice (as well as mantra, mudra, meditation) to re-inspire your commitment to all that yoga has to offer, stimulate your creativity, boost your practice, get stronger inside and out, affirm the gift of embodiment AND HAVE FUN with this 9-class series.
What to expect: Each 75-minute(ish) practice begins with a few minutes of storytelling, exploration of mythic symbolism and interpretive possibilities, and centering to attune to body and breath. From there, each class will have a different postural emphasis, focus, inspiration and intensity – designed so that we move our bodies in every direction and optimize stability with mobility, inspired and informed by the yogic archetypes and themes of the day. Throughout the arc of the series, you can expect lots of stories AND strong work in foundational poses, muscular activation skills and drills, creative prop work, progressive sequencing, alignment specifics, dynamic vinyasa, and deeply restful restorative poses and contemplative practices of meditation, mantra, mudra etc.
How does it work to participate? Register below, log into your account on themazemethod.com to access the course and join the live classes. If you can’t make the live class, or to repeat the practice, you can access the class recording shortly after each live practice completes in the course archive. Repeat the classes as many times as you want for 2+ weeks after the final session completes. If you wish to maintain your access longer, join our YogaLive subscription and continue accessing these 9 classes and the entire archive of 140+ YogaLive classes on MazeOnYoga.com.
What props do I need? I love props and often teach and practice with lots, but you can also make do with whatever you have available that day (I will give options for those who have fewer props available). If you don’t have exactly what I’m using, just improvise as best you can and substitute for what you don’t have with what you do have. In general (and if possible), I recommend having on hand: a yoga mat, 3 to 5 yoga blankets, a bolster or pillow, 2 blocks, a strap, a resistance band, a backless yoga chair, sliders (blankets or towels or socks on a hard surface floor, or furniture/exercise sliders), and light hand weights.
Tuition Assistance: In these times of extreme weather events, political turmoil, and financial insecurity, we will continue to offer scholarships for folks in need; whether that is you, or someone you know, this is a tangible way that we can give back to our community and pay it forward. If you want to participate but cannot afford tuition, email us at themazemethod@icloud.com. We are here for you in all the ways we can be. Those of you that can afford tuition, know that you are supporting our work AND helping others to access yogic practices, and we are grateful for you.

The Mazé Method School was created to provide the highest quality yoga education through our in-person and on-demand programs.
This is the hardest and the most rewarding training I’ve ever done.
Studying with Noah has opened up possibilities I hadn’t known existed.
This experience was transformative. I was challenged, affirmed, inspired, and reminded of what a gift it is to be a yogi.
I will forever be grateful for this experience. It was exactly what I hoped for and exceeded my already high expectations.
