Welcome to the Mazé Method—a bold, step-by-step journey to becoming a confident, skillful yoga student or teacher. Our yoga trainings and global events draw a vibrant mix of yogis: brand-new beginners, seasoned practitioners, those simply curious about teaching, and master teachers with thousands of hours on the mat. Whatever your starting point, our doors are wide open.
We blend precision alignment, intelligent sequencing, meditation, breathwork, and vinyasa into a style that is as dynamic as it is mindful. Known for our uncompromising commitment to excellence, we deliver learning experiences that transform. We lead with integrity, kindness, and respect for people and the planet.
Whether you join us for a single class or immerse yourself in 50 to 1000 hours of training online or in person, you’ll find yourself challenged, supported, and inspired. We meet you where you are—then help you leap further than you thought possible.
Our programs are for everyone. Whether you are new to yoga, an experienced practitioner, interested in learning without teaching, or an accomplished teacher with thousands of hours of experience, we meet you where you are, deepen your self-understanding, and expand your skills.
Each program is thoughtfully created by Noah Mazé, a globally recognized “teacher’s teacher,” and updated regularly to ensure both depth and relevance.
I will forever be grateful for this experience. It was exactly what I hoped for and exceeded my already high expectations.
All of our educational programs are Yoga Alliance registered and recognized.
200-hour yoga teacher training explores Theory and Practice of Yoga, Yoga Philosophy, and The Art of Teaching. You can complete it at your own pace, making it easy to integrate into your life.
300-hour yoga teacher training offers a year-long immersive journey, with the flexibility to move faster or slower depending on your needs. We also provide a rich variety of continuing education yoga courses for students and teachers — whether you are pursuing a specialty, refreshing your knowledge, or exploring new approaches to your teaching.
In all of our yoga teacher trainings and 50 hour plus yoga programs we explore and deconstruct asana, pranayama, meditation, yoga theory and practice, yoga history and philosophy, anatomy, kinesiology, applied biomechanics, basic Sanskrit, and ethics. You’ll leave with tools you will return to again and again.
This experience was transformative. I was challenged, affirmed, inspired, and reminded of what a gift it is to be a yogi.
We are a safe, supportive community. We answer your questions, and broaden our collective perspective.
Trainings are intentionally intimate, with limited attendance to foster deeper connection and personalized learning.
Online training combines pre-recorded lessons with live, interactive sessions. We also offer yoga teacher training in-person, for those who prefer a more traditional setting.
Studying with Noah has opened up possibilities I hadn’t known existed.
At the Mazé Method, we give you the tools to make your own best choices. You’ll sharpen your critical thinking, explore a wide range of styles and philosophies, and learn how science supports technique.
We won’t tell you what to think — we empower you to teach and practice in the ways that are most authentic to you.
Not ready to commit to 50 hours of training? No problem. We offer shorter courses and flexible class packages to fit your schedule, interests, and goals — so you can experience your journey at your own pace.
Whether through in-person training, online study, or online practice, we provide comprehensive and multi-faceted yoga education.

Many yoga schools do not fully appreciate the difference between teaching yoga to people vs. teaching people to teach yoga.
Most yoga trainers have not studied educational theory, curriculum development, presentation design, group facilitation, communication, leadership, group dynamics etc. Rather, they evolved into the role of trainer because they have students that want to become yoga teachers, and they’re figuring things out as they go.
Noah’s background and masters degree in leadership facilitation led him to design integrated academic (theory) and skill-based (technique) courses. These trainings teach yoga. More importantly, however, they teach students how to teach via experiential education, facilitation, and leadership development. In this program, you will receive thoughtful and strategic leadership and educational tools to guide and instruct others in a safe, enriching, and responsible manner.
